Be Empowered. Be Heard.
As a divorce and family law firm, we are here to help our clients through the legal steps in a difficult and usually painful process. Everyone’s starting point is different. Some come to us determined to get a divorce, some are contemplating divorce as a solution to marital problems, and some have already divorced and need help modifying orders. We are able to help handle these difficult and contentious disputes involving property division in a divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, and breakdowns in communication.
We also understand that everyone’s situation is different, with some needing more emotional support and others needing more education to assess options. That is why we truly listen to you and do our best to understand your needs and concerns. Ultimately, we want to understand you in order to best serve you and advocate for you. Below are some common issues we are asked to handle:
Our Pro Bono Commitment.
We are committed to giving back to the community. We believe pro bono participation is a critical component of the legal profession, and an important factor in being a responsible citizen of our community. While we consistently take on pro bono cases, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept a case through our normal intake channels. Currently, we volunteer our time with local legal aid groups (such as the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law) and take on cases referred to us by them.
